“Dear Dr. Kirsh and Staff.
I just wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU and your staff for being so helpful in
assisting me in my hearing aid journey.

My journey began several years ago when my wife and family had advised me that my
hearing ability had diminished. For a long time. I denied my need for a hearing aid.
Over the years. my wife Mary would constantly “repeat” parts of conversations that I
had missed. In fact, it got to the point that we could not watch television in the same
room together anymore because the television volume had to be extremely loud, in
order for me to hear.

Unfortunately, Mary passed away on January 21. 2011. Now I was on my own and felt
lost in a world where I could not hear.

A few months later. I received an invitation to attend Dr. Kirsh’s seminar and I decided
to attend. After the seminar, it motivated me to make an appointment with him the very
next day. At the appointment. Dr. Kirsh explained to me, “The reason you
procrastinated all these years is because your wife repeated everything to you. Now
that she is gone. she isn’t here to repeat things for you”. r did. in fact, purchase my
hearing aids.

Now seven months later, I know this was the right decision for me. Being able to hear
has opened up a whole new world for me. THANK YOU Dr. Kirsh and your wonderful
staff for all that you have done for me. You have changed my life!”
